The MOQ is one unit.
Standard products normally require about 45 days. Custom-product timing is confirmed after the scope is approved.
The equipment can include OCPP 1.6J communication hardware. Billing, location, remote management and diagnostics require integration with a compatible local operator platform.
Most models can be configured with CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T or NACS. The 209 kWh robot is offered with CCS1 or GB/T, with NACS through an adapter where applicable.
The whole-unit warranty is two years. Remote support, training and spare parts are available; replacement parts are charged after the warranty period.
Yes. OEM/ODM, color, logo, connector and system configuration are supported after engineering review.
