LiCharger Mobile Charging Solution Group operates the LiCharger website and coordinates inquiries with Hengshui LiChong Technology Co., Ltd. and relevant production or service partners when needed for a project.
Information we collect
We collect the name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or region, product interest, project timeline and technical details that you choose to submit. An inquiry may also include a coarse traffic-source category and the first-party landing-page path without query parameters or fragments. We do not attach a page-by-page browsing trail, page-view timestamps, IP address, browser type or device details to the sales inquiry.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Accept Analytics, Google Analytics 4 may receive information about pages viewed, approximate location, browser, device and interactions so we can understand website performance. Google Analytics is not loaded before you make that choice. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration. You can withdraw consent through Privacy Choices in the footer.
How we use information
We use submitted information and the limited attribution fields to respond to inquiries, understand which products or applications may interest you, assess equipment requirements, improve marketing decisions, prepare quotations and arrange technical discussions. Our form service transiently uses a salted, one-way representation of the network address to apply a short-term rate limit; the raw address is not added to the sales email or inquiry result log. Hosting and security systems may process limited technical request data to protect and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be shared with employees, authorized technical partners, hosting providers or manufacturing resources only when reasonably necessary to answer or deliver a project. Because we serve international customers, information may be processed in China or other locations involved in the project.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for project communication, legal obligations and business records. We use practical administrative and technical measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information connected with an inquiry, or withdraw consent for future communication, by emailing info@licharger.com.cn. We may need to retain limited records where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
