Mobile charging systems are project-configured equipment. Use the guide below as a planning framework, then confirm the final values against the selected model datasheet.

Start with daily energy

Estimate the energy each vehicle needs per shift, multiply by the number of vehicles and include an operating reserve. Battery capacity in kWh determines how much energy the mobile charger can carry.

Then calculate output power

DC output in kW determines charging speed. The right value depends on vehicle acceptance power, dwell time and whether one or several vehicles charge at the same time.

Check how the unit will be recharged

Grid power, an existing DC fast charger or another approved source may recharge the system. Available input power affects recovery time between service cycles.

Before requesting a quote Prepare the destination country, vehicle type, connector, number of vehicles, daily energy, charging window and available input power.
